About me

Hey,

I am Nikola. Currently, apart from being the CTO at MailerLite, I invest myself entirely into MailerSend and MailerCheck – services designed to assist people who are not programmers in creating awesome content.

In my teenager years, I concentrated mainly on graphic and web design. From the age of fifteen, I started earning cash through creating websites for local businesses. However, as I grew older and closer to becoming an adult, I understood that my skillset should broaden and encompass more than web designing. That’s how my interest in system administrations started.

I got bored with system administration duties sooner or later, but after finding coding, my life gained much momentum. I learned such languages as Golang and Ruby and, currently, I enjoy programming and cooperation with various teams. In addition, I constantly follow technological advances and at the moment Nix and Claude are my favorites.

Apart from the work at MailerLite, I can be seen in the circles of various industries. Namely, I take part in events where I make contacts and network and, at the same time, follow trends in technology. Also, I love seeing other people succeed and that’s why I usually take on some mentees as well.

Down time? Hmm, I like messing about with electronic and musical gadgets. Currently, I am into guitar pedals and setting them up to create my own sounds. All my house is packed with devices that require constant updates. Recently, I developed another hobby, namely messing around with eurorack modules.
